Specter Interactive s.r.o. and HasiciSMS have prepared a manual for you
how to make it easier for volunteers to distribute their work when making purchases

Many organizations and volunteers today help where it is needed

All thanks to you in the first line!

Our goal is to help you facilitate your efforts. Build your infrastructure for free and fast.
Build your own e-shop and infrastructure for free and fast.

Currently, the coronavirus epidemic is a very complex situation. One of the best ways to protect all of us from infection is to minimize contact with people.                                  And many times this applies to risk groups, which are not only older people, but also mothers with small children.
And many times this applies to risk groups, which are not only older people, but also mothers with small children.

Municipalities and local governments, with the help of not only their employees, but also volunteers, try to solve this situation by delivering purchases directly to houses and not only by doing so.                                  In this way, it seeks to protect not only those who need to buy, but also store employees.
In this way, it seeks to protect not only those who need to buy, but also store employees.

However, the coordination of these purchases is often difficult.                                  We have prepared a “guide” for you to easily coordinate purchases for your citizens using freely available means on the Internet.                                  Using this manual, you can easily set up an e-shop-like system, including all your order management and distribution infrastructure.                                  The entire system startup process takes up to an hour of your time, so why not try it.
The entire system startup process takes up to an hour of your time, so why not try it.

At this point we would also like to thank the system Webnode.cz a Trello.com.

In the tutorial, you will find how to create an e-shop for grocery shopping with a shopping coordination infrastructure easily, quickly and for free

First steps

1) It is necessary to create an e-shop first. We use the platform for this project Webnode.cz

Creating an e-shop is free. In order to use all its functions, it is necessary to pay a fee of CZK 250 / month for webnode. Hopefully the operation will not be longer or needed. It's the only fee to make it all work.
Hopefully, there will be no need to run similar projects any longer. It's the only fee to make it all work.

2) The next step is to select the appearance of the resulting e-shop

- webnode will then redirect you to editing the site, which you can customize to your liking.

- You can set the page content as you like.

3) Your e-shop base is ready

- now it is necessary to upload goods to the e-shop. Click in the product box and use product management to delete products that are part of the template

- You can download the file used for importing goods HERE

- the set contains 109 products, these are basic goods available in most stores. Intentionally there are no prices. If necessary, you can modify individual items.

- in the product management, import the goods using the downloaded file

- the e-shop is almost ready. We recommend that you browse the products and adjust the list to your preference

- in webnode settings you can add user registration and login, shipping options, payment options and many other settings

- webnode automatically sends individual orders by email. This can be for the coordination of multiple people who make individual purchases confusing and complex.

Infrastructure settings outside the e-shop

Unfortunately, the e-shop itself is not enough to distribute work among people who take care of the entire project.

For a similar project we recommend creating a new mailbox for example gmail.com

We then create an in-app account using a gmail account Trello.com, it will serve to coordinate and distribute purchases.

4) opening a trello account

- After creating your account, the app will prompt you to create your first message board

- Use the columns to create the structure you will use to organize your work

- Most of the settings are done. It remains to link the e-shop and trello.

Communication

Final setup of Trella and e-shop. Adding additional helpers

Webnode automatically generates an email for each order. We need the order to create a ticket on the trella notice board.

5) Ticket creation settings

- in the upper right corner select menu (icon ...)

- trello has its own email and automatically generates a ticket if a message arrives. Choose in which column the tickets should be created

- now you need to set up your mailbox (gmail)

- in the settings add the option to forward messages to another address (email trella) this action requires confirmation by code

- The first ticket with a code has been created on your notice board to confirm the forwarding of messages

6) Connection with e-shop

- on your webnode go to settings and choose e-shop

- Set up your new gmail as an email for sending orders

- This is done. You have set up an e-shop that sends orders to your email and creates tickets in the trello.com application

- The last step is to publish the web.

- in trello, it is possible to build a team of people who have access to the bulletin board so they can easily coordinate their work.

- the webnode will send an email for each order and this will create a ticket in the trello app

Done! We hope that in this difficult time the instructions will help you to ease your efforts.
